The music video has received over 36 million views in less than two weeks. The City Girls also issued a twerking challenge for the single video, encouraging women to submit videos of themselves twerking.
The top 20 dancers were flown to Miami for the music video shoot, and the winner, DH QUEEN, received a $25,000 cash prize. City Girls have created a new lyric video for the song “You Tried It” since the release of J.T. on November 27, 2019.
