Eugene Arhin is a Ghanaian politician and member of the New Patriotic Party. He studied at the Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He now serves as Director of Communications for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Eugene Arhin was born in Accra. During his national service, he worked as a teaching assistant at the Department of Materials Engineering and also worked at the Danquah Institute as a research analyst. He later became secretary to President Nana Akufo-Addo. In 2017 he was appointed Director of Communications at the Flagstaff House by President Akuffo Addo.

On 10th February 2021, Gloria Assan Arhin filed for divorce at the High Court asking her husband to pay her 2 million Ghanaian cedis as compensation.
