Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan very lightly.
Salt, baking soda, and flour should all be combined in a big bowl. Cream butter and brown sugar in a different bowl. Add eggs and mashed bananas; mix thoroughly. A mixture of bananas and flour should only be moistened after being stirred. Fill the prepared loaf pan with the batter.
